to do
Firstly, sit back and relax. Let go of the stress of the
day and give yourself this time to experience real peace.
Have a true desire to go beyond your thinking and be free
from any negative emotions and worries.
During
this exercise, you will place your right hand on different
'Chakras' or energy centres on the left side of your
body and communicate with your 'Kundalini' energy, which
is the mother energy within you.
The
process awakens your Kundalini and encourages her to
travel up through your 'Subtle-system' and out of the
top of the head where she connects you to the all-pervading
energy that is all around. When this happens, you experience
your 'Self Realisation', where you realise your true
self - the Spirit.

To begin
Sit on a chair with with your back straight but comfortable,
feet touching the floor and slightly apart, and your
hands on your lap palms facing up.

Step 1
Place your right hand on your heart and deep down inside
yourself, ask the following question three times:

"Mother,
am I the Spirit?"

Place your right hand on the upper part of your abdomen
on the left-hand side of your body, and ask the following
question three times from your heart:

"
Mother, am I my own master ?"

Place your right hand on the lower part of your abdomen
on the left-hand side of your body, and say six times
from your heart:

"Mother,
please awaken the Pure Knowledge in me."

Place your right hand once again on the upper part of
your abdomen on the left-hand side of your body, and
affirm ten times from the heart:

"Mother,
I am my own master !"

Place your right hand once again on your heart, on the
left-hand side of your body, and with full confidence,
deep down inside yourself affirm twelve times:

"Mother,
I am the Spirit !"

Place your right hand between your neck and your shoulder
on the left-hand side of your body. To clear this centre,
all sense of guilt must be got rid of. That is why you
should affirm with conviction sixteen times:

"Mother,
I am not guilty!"

Place your right hand on your forehead, pressing both
temples lightly. To clear this chakra, you need to forgive.
Deep down inside yourself and with the utmost sincerity,
repeat several times:

"Mother,
I forgive everybody, including myself!"

Place your right hand on the back of your head and this
time, ask for forgiveness for all the mistakes you may
have made knowingly or unknowingly. Do not feel guilty.
Deep down inside, repeat several times:

"
Oh Divine, please forgive any mistakes I may have made,
consciously or unconsciously."

Now, close your eyes and place the palm of your right
hand on top of your head.
Spread your fingers and press firmly with the flat of
your hand, then lightly massage your scalp seven times
in a clockwise direction. Each time, ask humbly:

"
Mother, please give me Self Realisation."

Sit
for a few minutes in meditation and enjoy the peace.
When ready, hold your right hand about 6 inches above
your head and check whether you can feel a slight cool
breeze coming from your fontanelle bone, on the palm
of your hand. Change hands and see if you can feel a
cool breeze with your left hand.
